ELMNTL Shelter is backed by a 10-year structural warranty and a 2-year systems warranty. We've designed, engineered, and built with longevity in mind. Until you choose to dismantle it, our structure will stand solid through the elements.

- Roof - Class A Fire-rated assembly: EPDM / TPO over insulation with an integrated gutter system.
- Walls - R-6 continuous exterior insulation and waterproofing membrane
- Floors - Wide-plank engineered hardwood oak flooring
- TGI joists for minimal thermal bridging with insulation
- Waterproofing membrane + underlayment + insect/rodent screen
- Air quality - Energy recovery ventilation with MERV-13 level filtration.
- Comfort - Split-system AC + heating, with energy efficient heat pump. Optional in-floor electrical radiant heating with a smart control unit.
- Windows - Double or triple glazed high performance windows, wood or aluminum interior, aluminum clad exterior. Optimized U-factor and Heat Gain Coefficient for passive cooling or heating.
- Doors - Solid wood door with cladding, Marvin glass door, or La Cantina glass wall system.
